Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator - Outbound Calls to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, well-organized, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.

Identify and qualify leads, and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with prospects to ensure timely engagement and conversion.

Support the sales team with proposals, quotations, and administrative coordination.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of qualified leads.

Achieve daily and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.

Provide excellent customer service and escalate queries when necessary.

Stay updated on products, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Preference will be given to female candidates on a dependent visa (spouse/family visa).
