Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Coordinator to drive client engagement and support our sales pipeline. This role focuses on tele sales activities, connecting with potential clients, introducing property options, and generating qualified leads for investments, rentals, and purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Engage clients to understand their property investment, rental, or purchase needs.

Present suitable real estate opportunities and promote ongoing projects.

Qualify leads and coordinate appointments for the on-ground sales team.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Update and manage client information in CRM systems accurately.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and messaging.

Achieve set targets for lead generation, client engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or client engagement roles; experience in real estate is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

Ability to handle high-volume client interactions and multitask effectively.

Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and call management systems.

Proficient in CRM & Call Scripts
