Job Description
SALES COORDINATOR We are looking for an enthusiastic sales coordinator for Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries and preparing quotes.
- Coordinate and track sales activities, such as lead generation and follow-up.
- Provide customers with product information, specifications, and pricing details consulting salesperson.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide post-sales support, including order tracking and product information.
- Manage sales documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
- Support sales team training and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams for consistent messaging.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Possess organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
