to join our Contracting & Trading division in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the contracting or trading sector and excellent coordination and communication skills.
Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operations, inquiries, and client communication.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and project records.
Liaise between internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing.
Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and tracking of ongoing projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and professional service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a
contracting or trading company
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English;
Tagalog language proficiency preferred
.
Candidates currently based in Qatar will be given priority.
