to join our Contracting & Trading division in Qatar. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring smooth communication between departments, timely delivery of materials, and completion of project milestones. Prior experience in a contracting or trading company is essential. Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
Support the project manager and site teams in planning, scheduling, and execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Liaise with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Track project progress, identify delays, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing progress reports, work schedules, and meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a contracting or trading company.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English (Tagalog preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
