Minimum
3 years UAE experience
in
Off-Plan Property Sales
(Developer)
Strong skills in
lead conversion, client handling & closing
Ability to work with
payment plans, unit bookings, and SPA coordination
Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Familiar with
DLD/RERA processes
and developer sales standards
Target-oriented, confident, professional personality
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close sales leads for off-plan projects
Conduct property presentations, site visits & client meetings
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
