Develop and maintain strong relationships with
doctors, referral partners, corporates, and agencies

Meet monthly and quarterly targets for
patient acquisition and revenue growth

Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
Marketing & Outreach
Plan and execute
B2B and B2C marketing activities
, including health camps, wellness events, and corporate engagements.
Represent the clinic/medical centre at community events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Support digital marketing team with patient engagement campaigns.
Client Relationship Management
Handle inquiries from patients, corporates, and partners professionally.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads to active patients.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
Operational & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Track KPIs such as lead conversions, revenue targets, and partnership success.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with
Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Wellness Centres, Physiotherapy Clinics, or Medical Centres
