Job Description

A leading interior and fit-out company in Dubai is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales/Business Development Executive to join their team. The company specializes in delivering premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales or business development within the interior design or fit-out industry. The role requires excellent communication skills, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior and fit-out sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare and present proposals and quotations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development within the interior design or fit-out industry in the UAE. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required;

proficiency in Arabic or a European language

is highly desirable. Familiarity with regional market trends and client expectations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
