Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition

: Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.

Business Development

: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and explore new market opportunities.

Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience

: 4-5 years in sales or business development within interior fit-out or renovation industries.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Skills

: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
