We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our interior fit-out company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven experience in securing fit-out projects, and a strategic approach to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Generate leads and convert them into successful projects. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers. Proven track record of securing and managing high-value fit-out contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of Dubai's interior fit-out market and local regulations. Valid UAE driving license is required.
