Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell new / used vehicles to walk-in and corporate customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and price negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation
Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
Stay updated on vehicle features, market trends, and competitors
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
3 to 5 years of automobile sales experience in the UAE
Age above 27 years
Proven experience in car sales (showroom / outdoor / fleet sales/ Cold calling)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Knowledge of financing, insurance, and RTA registration processes is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
