Job Summary:

The Automobile Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations for both vehicles and workshop-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve monthly and annual targets. Supervise, guide, and motivate the

sales team

to meet individual and team goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with

new and existing customers

. Monitor

market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

. Ensure the proper presentation and promotion of vehicles and workshop services. Conduct regular

sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions

. Coordinate with the

marketing team

for lead generation and promotional campaigns. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Prepare

sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

for management review. Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Automobile Engineering (preferred). Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in automobile sales, with at least

2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

. Strong knowledge of

automotive products, market trends, and customer behavior

. Proven record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management software. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Working Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
