Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Promote
new and used cars
and explain features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
set by management.
Conduct
test drives
, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Maintain excellent
customer relationship management (CRM)
throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare quotations, sales agreements, delivery notes, and other required documents.
Coordinate with
banks, finance companies, and insurance providers
for customer loan approvals.
Handle
RTA processes
, vehicle registration, transfer, and delivery formalities.
Participate in showroom promotions, marketing campaigns, and outdoor events.
Maintain updated knowledge of the
UAE automotive market
, competitors, prices, and trends.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in
automobile sales
in the UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi
Must be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
