Job Description

If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We are looking for a high-energy Tele Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses looking to transform their outdoor environments. Your goal is to convert leads into appointments and consultations for our experts.

Key Responsibilities



Proactive Prospecting (Cold Calling): Identify and initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling. You will be expected to pitch our services to property owners who haven't yet reached out, creating interest from scratch. Lead Management: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on inquiries regarding exterior space solutions. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and explain how our exterior design services can enhance their lifestyle and property value. Relationship Building: Maintain a pipeline of prospects in our CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume and converted appointments.

Requirements



Proven Experience: 1-2 years in Tele Sales or Inside Sales (Experience in Real Estate, Construction or Home Improvement is a major plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
