Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced
Site Supervisor
with a background in
Civil Engineering
and proven experience in
swimming pool and landscape projects
. The candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate between project teams to complete work on schedule and within specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all
site activities
related to swimming pool and landscape construction.
Ensure that work is carried out as per
approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
.
Coordinate with
engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
Monitor
materials, manpower, and equipment utilization
to ensure project efficiency.
Maintain
daily site progress reports, inspection logs, and work completion records
.
Ensure proper execution of
civil, irrigation, and finishing works
.
Inspect and verify
levels, alignment, and measurements
before execution.
Report progress and challenges to the
Project Engineer or Project Manager
regularly.
Maintain compliance with
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
regulations on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering
.
Minimum
2-4 years of UAE experience
in
swimming pool and landscape construction
.
Strong understanding of
construction drawings and site management
.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
UAE Driving License (preferred).
Salary:
5,000 -7000 per month, depending on experience
