Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

G+1 Project Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of swimming pool construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

G+1 construction

,

swimming pool design and execution

, and

landscape coordination

, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage swimming pool and associated civil works (G+1) projects from start to finish. Supervise site activities, including civil, structural, MEP, waterproofing, and finishing works related to pool construction. Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and schedules. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management and clients. Ensure all work complies with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams effectively. Resolve any site issues or technical challenges promptly. Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the project site.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Construction Management

, or a related field. Valid

G+1 Dubai Municipality License

(mandatory). Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in swimming pool and landscape construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

pool systems (MEP, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, and finishes)

. Excellent project planning, budgeting, and reporting skills. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project). Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
