Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Site Supervisor

to oversee

swimming pool and landscape construction and maintenance projects

. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate manpower and materials, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety and timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for

swimming pool and landscape projects

Coordinate with engineers and project managers for work execution as per design and schedule Manage and guide site workers, technicians, and subcontractors Inspect site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards Monitor installation of pumps, filtration systems, irrigation lines, tiling, waterproofing, and soft/hard landscaping Prepare daily progress reports and update project management Check material availability and report requirements to the procurement department Ensure equipment and materials are used efficiently and maintained properly Address on-site issues and ensure timely resolution Maintain good communication with clients and consultants on site when required

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Certificate in

Civil / Mechanical / Landscape Engineering

or equivalent

3-5 years of UAE experience

in swimming pool and landscape supervision Strong knowledge of

pool construction, MEP connections, irrigation, and landscaping works

Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and communication skills Good coordination and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple sites and teams Attention to detail and safety awareness Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, reporting)

alary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 3,000-5,500 per month] Accommodation, transportation, and visa provided by the company
