Sales Associate - Retail Stores

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing

Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately

Monitor and maintain stock levels; report shortages or discrepancies

Participate in daily stock counts and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness at all times

Support in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock

Address customer inquiries, complaints, or exchanges promptly and professionally

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Follow all company policies, health & safety, and operational guidelines

Requirements:

Experience in retail sales (supermarket, department store, or fashion retail preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic speaking is an advantage

Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Positive attitude, presentable appearance, and a strong sense of responsibility
