Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of the brand, providing attentive and knowledgeable service to customers while driving sales. You will also be responsible for supporting store operations, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring efficient billing and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
• Convert casual visitors into loyal customers through a superior in-store experience
• Promote repeat sales by enrolling customers in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program
• Follow the GUEST model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank each customer
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times
• Stay updated with current product knowledge and key brand offerings
• Ensure merchandise is correctly displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Process inventory movement records and support replenishment
• Handle POS operations accurately, including billing, issuing receipts, and cash handling
• Maintain security awareness and prevent product loss through vigilance and SOP compliance
• Work flexible shifts and extended hours during sales and promotional periods
• Maintain confidentiality of sales data and internal procedures

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable appearance and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended hours and multitask in a busy retail environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Familiarity with POS systems and stock handling is a plus
• Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to store duties
