Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for maintaining store presentation standards, managing merchandise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
• Convert walk-in traffic into sales while building brand loyalty
• Promote and enroll customers in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program
• Follow the GUEST selling approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
• Stay updated with product features, collections, and brand offerings
• Maintain grooming standards and a professional appearance at all times
• Work flexible hours, especially during promotional and sale events
• Ensure accurate product display and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory records for inward and outward movement
• Efficiently handle transactions at the POS including cash, card, and refunds
• Tally daily cash register and ensure end-of-day accuracy
• Maintain vigilance for store security and loss prevention at all times
• Adhere to company SOPs and preserve confidentiality of business metrics
