Job Details

• Greet customers and assist in product selection based on their needs.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
• Promote the company's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
• Deliver service following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Educate customers on product features, materials, and care instructions.
• Ensure professional grooming and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to reduce stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain attractive displays.
• Record and track inventory movements for accuracy.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for billing, refunds, and transactions.
• Balance cash tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain store security awareness and adhere to loss prevention policies.
• Replenish and re-merchandise stock to ensure availability at all times.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and flexible to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and inventory management.
