What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through their purchase journey
• Promote the company's loyalty program and explain its benefits clearly
• Recommend products using deep knowledge of multiple Apparel Group brands
• Provide accurate product care and feature information to customers
• Maintain professional grooming and a welcoming attitude during all shifts
• Stay informed about seasonal trends and current offers to support cross-selling
• Ensure attractive product displays in line with visual merchandising standards
• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Operate the POS system efficiently, handling payments and receipts with accuracy
• Perform opening and closing cash till procedures as per company policy
• Monitor inventory and report discrepancies to store management
• Adhere to loss prevention protocols and store security procedures

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Must be enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to flexible working hours
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and under fast-paced environments
