Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
+ Provide insights and information on product features based on customers' needs.
+ Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
+ Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using our client book.
+ Support in-store visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
+ Stay informed about our promotions and advertising campaigns.
+ Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
+ Manage and expand client relationships, including acquiring new clients.

Candidate Profile:

+ Must have your own or under family sponsorship
+ Has at least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector
+ Exhibits excellent grooming and communication skills.
+ Demonstrates a strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.
+ Provides outstanding customer service skills.
+ Able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
+ Physically capable of standing for long periods.
+ Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Complies with all company policies and standards.

Requirements:
