• Accurately assess customer needs and guide them toward the right products or services
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge
• Maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, merchandising, and stock availability
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate to store leadership when required
• Recommend products across Majid Al Futtaim brands to maximize sales and satisfaction
• Comply with security policies and minimize risk of stock loss or theft
• Build repeat business by developing lasting relationships with customers

Candidate Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brand sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High customer service orientation with a passion for retail excellence
• Confidence, energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
