Role Summary
The Store Manager - Lifestyle Retail Operations is responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, achieving sales targets, and developing high-performing retail teams. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, maintaining brand and company image, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences in line with Majid Al Futtaim standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service standards aligned with brand CX guidelines and current retail trends.
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and taking proactive actions to improve business results.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating issues to the Store Manager when required.
Implement and manage sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring clear communication with support teams to maximize sales impact.
Ensure smooth store operations during the Store Manager's absence, handling operational challenges efficiently.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to minimize stock loss and operational risks.
Coordinate with the Excellence and Compliance team to prepare and execute stock counts in line with company policy.
Support the development, motivation, and performance management of store staff to build a strong and engaged retail team.
Candidate Requirements
High School Certificate or Diploma.
Qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within lifestyle or fashion retail.
Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational discipline.
