Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Sales

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
• Promote customer loyalty through the Club Apparel program
• Convert foot traffic into sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge
• Follow the GUEST protocol: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
• Demonstrate awareness of group brand offerings for cross-selling opportunities

Merchandising and Stock Handling

• Ensure all products are displayed neatly and as per brand layout guidelines
• Maintain stock levels and support visual merchandising standards
• Record inventory movement and prepare stock reports accurately

Point of Sale & Operational Duties

• Operate POS system efficiently, handle cash/card transactions, issue receipts and process refunds
• Tally cash at the beginning and end of shifts accurately
• Maintain security vigilance and adhere to loss prevention SOPs
• Cooperate in extended shifts during peak sale periods

Candidate Profile

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and approachable attitude
• Strong product knowledge and passion for customer interaction
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Able to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of business data
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or lifestyle stores
