What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim's brand and service standards
• Actively identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations across product categories
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling
• Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, ensuring products are fully replenished and presented attractively
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues to store management as needed
• Apply product knowledge across MAF Fashion brands to guide customer purchasing decisions, even suggesting alternatives from other stores
• Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and minimizing stock loss

Candidate Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Energetic, proactive, and committed to achieving sales goals
