Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue by providing outstanding in-store customer experiences. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining visual and inventory standards to ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

• Greet and engage customers, offering personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and brands to assist in selection and cross-selling
• Promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to enhance customer retention
• Deliver the highest level of service following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank)

Product Knowledge & Merchandising

• Keep abreast of all brand offerings, materials, and care instructions to guide customers
• Ensure displays are organized and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock arrangement on the sales floor
• Support in restocking and re-merchandising to ensure consistent availability

Point of Sale & Process Handling

• Operate the POS system efficiently for billing and customer transactions
• Handle refunds, vouchers, discounts, and customer payments accurately
• Perform daily cash till checks and reconcile as per standard procedures
• Maintain awareness of security procedures and minimize stock loss

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times
• Be flexible to work extended hours during peak seasons or sale events
• Uphold brand image and represent the company's values consistently

• Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a strong advantage
