Remuneration and Perks
1. Salary AED2500 - 5500 (after completion of probation period of 3 months) (Under probation period Salary shall be AED4500)+ comissions

We are seeking a highly accomplished, articulate, and commercially astute Sales Associate
Business Setup Advisor to join our elite advisory team.
This is not a basic sales position.
This is for a strategic operator, a born closer, and a team leader who can drive revenue, mentor junior advisors,
and work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
to execute expansion strategies across the UAE and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT ACQUISITION
1. Qualify, and close leads via inbound/outbound strategies.
2. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Zoho CRM.
3. Deliver persuasive consultations to HNI & SME clients seeking UAE business setup.
4. Strategically convert leads through well-structured funnels.
II. SALES STRATEGY & KPI EXECUTION
1. Hit monthly revenue goals with a disciplined and measurable approach. (In collaboration with the team)
2. Collaborate with CCO on quarterly sales roadmaps and conversion tactics.
3. Drive internal follow-up rigor and efficiency across leads and cold prospects.
4. Prepare and analyze weekly sales performance reports.
III. TEAM LEADERSHIP & COORDINATION
1. Supervise a small team of advisors and operations consultants.
2. Set clear targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
3. Lead from the front - demonstrate initiative, hustle, and ownership.
4. Conduct weekly pipeline audits and feedback sessions with team members.
IV. CLIENT INTERFACING & PUBLIC REPRESENTATION
1. Represent Consult Kumar at industry networking events, business expos, and international roadshows
.
2. Accompany CCO to high-stakes meetings and participate in strategy formulation.
3. Act as a client-facing ambassador with top-tier grooming, confidence, and charm.
V. DIGITAL PRESENCE & AVAILABILITY
1. Remain digitally responsive (via WhatsApp/email/CRM) between 9 AM - 9 PM, Monday to Saturday.
2. Be willing to work extended hours where necessary to close high-value deals.
