Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain product features, benefits, and handling to customers
• Educate customers on brand standards, quality, and specifications
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and answer product-related queries
• Provide information on warranties, maintenance, care, and product specifications
• Ensure customer issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
• Stay updated on new product launches, sales campaigns, and promotions
• Achieve sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling techniques
• Ensure pricing and promotional displays comply with company policies
• Calculate discounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
• Handle payments, cash, and credit transactions with accuracy
• Follow after-sales and return/repair processes in line with company procedures
• Maintain loss prevention standards and adhere to inventory control guidelines
• Assist in merchandising, product placement, and in-store display arrangements
• Maintain housekeeping, store cleanliness, and personal grooming standards

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate or diploma
• 1 to 3 years of retail or customer-facing experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
