Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers by presenting product features, benefits, and demonstrations.
• Advise customers on product selections best suited to their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on brand quality, specifications, warranties, and product care.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of new product launches, promotions, and pricing updates.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately, issuing receipts and handling payments securely.
• Resolve or escalate customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and assist in product display arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Support after-sales processes including returns, exchanges, and repairs according to policy.
• Uphold professional grooming and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate transaction records when required.

Ideal Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's preferred).
• 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Energetic, approachable, and capable of working under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and MS Office tools.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering a premium in-store experience.
