Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Present and explain company products and solutions clearly Support sales team with lead generation and follow-ups Maintain product displays and promotional materials Process sales, update records, and handle billing support Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
? Female candidate
? Bachelor degree
? Excellent communication skills in
English
(Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic is a plus)? Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
? Basic knowledge of sales principles
? Professional appearance and positive attitude
? Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
Skills & Attributes
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused Team player with good organizational skills Quick learner with willingness to grow in sales IT skills (basic computer knowledge, MS Office & Excel)
