Job Description
MISAR trading is one of the leading importers of building materials, hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing materials in UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer databases. Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and availability. Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents. Monitor sales performance and track key metrics. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Only Female Candidates are Preferred Sales Assistant: 2 years (Required) Hardware or Building Materials: 2 years (Required) Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good Knowledge of UAE market and construction industry trends. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
