Sales Assistant

to join our team at Translight Electricals.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable hardware tools and equipment. Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Maintain product displays, ensure items are properly labeled. Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or email professionally. Coordinate with warehouse/stock team to check product availability and delivery schedules. Update daily sales records, customer details, and product information in the system. Help in generating leads and following up with customers when required. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Support in inventory counts, stock arrangement, and receiving deliveries.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales (preferably in hardware, electrical, or tools industry). Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
