Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude upon entry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout
• Provide helpful, up-to-date product information to assist customers
• Offer support in fitting rooms and suggest additional items to increase sales
• Handle transactions efficiently at the cash wrap and promote gift cards
• Capture customer details for database and future engagement
• Support stock replenishment and assist with inventory management

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional lifting
• Knowledge of customer service techniques and retail operations
• Familiarity with fashion trends, branding, and customer preferences
