Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, fitting room service, and general support
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Promote current offers and provide relevant product details to encourage upselling
• Support POS operations including billing, gift card promotions, and customer data capture
• Help maintain inventory and ensure merchandise is well-presented on shelves and racks
• Thank customers upon exit and invite them to return for future shopping
• Participate in daily housekeeping and adhere to dress code and store standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the fashion or apparel sector
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or handle occasional heavy lifting
• Energetic, confident, and capable of working as part of a dynamic team
• Familiarity with retail operations and inventory procedures is a plus
