Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Store Manager to lead one of our high-traffic fashion retail locations in Dubai. This role focuses on driving sales growth, team development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while representing globally respected fashion brands under the Al-Futtaim portfolio.

Core Duties

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of store staff
• Motivate the team through regular training, feedback, and daily briefings
• Drive exceptional customer experience and handle customer queries directly on the floor
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Analyze store performance, manage budgets, and deliver profit targets
• Execute marketing and promotional strategies to boost in-store sales
• Maintain stock integrity through loss prevention and inventory control procedures
• Enforce adherence to company policies and operational workflows

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the fashion retail industry
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, customer service benchmarks, and team leadership
• Proficient in English and MS Office; experience with SAP is preferred
• Ability to lead by example, take initiative, and handle physical retail demands
• Strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills
