Sales Assistant - Dubai, UAE will support daily store operations by delivering excellent customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining store standards. What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating and selecting products
• Deliver a positive first impression by adhering to dress code and professional conduct
• Offer detailed product information and suggest complementary items to enhance sales
• Provide support in fitting rooms and ensure they are clean and well-organized
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash wrap, including gift card sales and customer data entry
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and back-office administrative tasks
• Accurately capture customer information to support loyalty and promotional programs
• Thank customers and invite them to return, reinforcing a strong customer service culture

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
• Previous retail experience, ideally as a sales assistant or in customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Basic math and POS system skills for handling transactions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a retail setting
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
