Customer Service
: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find productsSales
: Recommending products, handling transactions, and processing returnsInventory Management
: Restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting discrepanciesVisual Merchandising
: Maintaining attractive displays and ensuring the store is clean and organizedCommunication
: Providing product information, answering customer inquiries, and resolving complaintsAdministrative Tasks
: Updating customer records, processing sales reports, and assisting with promotionsProduct Knowledge
: Staying up-to-date with product features, benefits, and promotionsTo be successful as a Sales Assistant, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
sales in gold and diamond: 1 year (Preferred)
