Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and visits.
Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for site visits, project updates, and scheduling.
Maintain client databases and track leads and follow-ups.
Support in preparing marketing materials and maintaining social media pages.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (preferably in technical or construction industry).
Knowledge of fit-out, renovation, or maintenance services is an advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
