Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow revenue in both AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and fit-out services
Generate qualified leads through direct sales, networking, and partnerships
Build relationships with property owners, facility managers, developers, and real estate companies
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations
Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align efforts
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in maintenance, FM, construction, or real estate sectors in UAE
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Existing network of contacts in Dubai is a plus
Self-motivated, result-driven, and organized
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Salary and commission are to be decided on interview.
