Marco Esclusive is an Italian shoe manufacturer mostly for women, but also for men and we are opening our second branch in UAE.

Who we are looking for:

Experience in Fashionsales Displaying enthusiasm & providing superior customer service Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques Focusing on up selling Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty Handling new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising Well-mannered and polite Immaculately groomed & physically fit Good numerical ability and IT skills Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards and visual displays Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback Generating daily sales report Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practices Receiving stock, price products, display and refilling shelves as necessary. Checking stock received against the delivery note and report discrepancies to the Showroom Manager Keeping the shop clean and well merchandised at all times. Ordering necessary stock according to the schedule and procedure of the company Handling products with care to avoid damage and wastage. Reporting any damaged to fittings or products to the Showroom Manager Making sure that all products have either a barcode or a reference number. Welcoming visitors in a polite friendly way Cleaning

Profile

Graduate or a Diploma in business administration, sales or related courses. Selling experience of at least 2 years preferably in in retail or brands. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic! (spoken and written) Strong selling skills & customer oriented Confident, friendly & engaging personality Well-mannered and polite Immaculately groomed & physically fit Good numerical ability and IT skills
