We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our Cosmetics and Ladies' Garments sections. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, and support daily store operations while maintaining high visual and hygiene standards on the shop floor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product information, styling advice, and recommendations Maintain strong product knowledge to support upselling and handle customer inquiries confidently Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Ensure the shop floor is clean, attractive, well-organized, and fully stocked Assist customers in fitting rooms and manage garment replenishment Support receiving of deliveries, tagging, labeling, and inventory tasks Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile:

Female applicants only Previous experience in cosmetics, fashion retail, or ladies' garments is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Presentable, friendly, and sales-oriented personality Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude
