We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager in managing swimming pool and fountain construction projects. In this role, you'll handle administrative and coordination tasks including proposal preparation, lead tracking, client communication, and documentation. Your work will enable the sales team to focus on closing deals and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and sales proposals
Track leads, project status, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets
Maintain and update client databases
Communicate professionally with contractors, consultants, and clients
Coordinate internal documentation related to sales and project activities
Support with basic financial tracking (invoices, purchase orders, payments)
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure timely follow-ups and assist in achieving sales targets
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in a sales coordination, project support, or administrative role.
Prior experience in the MEP construction field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking software is a plus
Other Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good understanding of project documentation and sales processes
Basic financial knowledge (invoices, POs, payment terms) is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Professional, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
