Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Assistant provides essential support to the Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager in managing swimming pool and fountain construction projects. This role is responsible for handling administrative and coordination tasks such as preparing proposals, tracking leads, maintaining client databases, and following up with contractors and consultants under the direction of the Sales Engineer. The Sales Assistant ensures smooth communication, proper documentation, and timely reporting to enable the sales team to focus on negotiations and project closures. By ensuring efficiency and accuracy, the Sales Assistant contributes to achieving the company's sales targets and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field. Experience: o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, project support, or administrative assistance in MEP Construction Field Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking software is an advantage. Knowledge & Abilities: Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple leads, projects, and follow-ups. Ability to assist in preparing project quotations, tenders, and presentations. o Understanding of basic financials (invoices, POs, payment follow-ups) is an advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants professionally. Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. Team player with a positive and professional attitude. o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
