Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and service coordinator who can join immediately in our surveying and Scientific laboratory equipment\xe2\x80\x99s distribution business unit. UAE experince is not mandatory. Job responsibility
- Handle customer complaints gracefully to retain customer satisfaction
- Maintain the records of enquiry calls,sales and note down the useful information
- Follow-up the queried customers and identify the status of enquiry. Emphasize the features of products to highlight and lead them into a sale.
- Maintain daily lead generation and conversion ratio.
- To meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Prepare monthly sales,rental, and service reports.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
