Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations cum Sales Executive to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing logistics operations while also driving sales initiatives to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to logistics operations.

Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the project logistics sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in logistics operations and sales, preferably in the project logistics industry.

- Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
