About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales and Operations Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day sales activities, support operational workflows, and ensure outstanding customer service across our two dynamic brands: one focused on creative training solutions and the other on fun, educational products for children.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries across all platforms (online, phone, email, and in-store) Follow up with leads, issue quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide top-tier support Oversee inventory movement and ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to support sales campaigns and product launches Monitor daily operations and suggest improvements to increase efficiency Assist in preparing reports and tracking KPIs related to sales and operations

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or operations Previous experience in sales or customer service roles

Arabic native speaker is a must

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tools A problem-solver with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
