Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales and Operations Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of logistics operations. This dual-role requires a balance of strong sales acumen and operational oversight in the shipping and freight forwarding industry.

Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and NVOCC services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and carriers.

Prepare competitive quotations and proposals; follow up to convert leads into sales.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes from booking to delivery.

Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely movement of cargo.

Prepare and verify shipping documents including Bills of Lading, invoices, and manifests.

Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays.

Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations and client requirements.

Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.

Address customer concerns with professionalism and ensure service excellence.

Maintain records of shipments, client communications, and operational logs.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, shipment status, and client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree.

2-5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or shipping operations.

Strong understanding of shipping practices, and trade documentation.

Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in handling FCL/LCL shipments and international trade lanes.

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
