- Proficient knowledge of the real estate industry, property management principles, and relevant legislation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated and enthusiastic at all times \xe2\x80\xa2 Display high standards of service and presentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Run weekly reports on performance
- Languages: Arabic OR English \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience in Real Estate Industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Available to work extended hours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid RERA Brokerage License \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and own reliable transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Real Estate ( Leasing and Sales) Benefits: Salary + commission
